Miami has a new super gastronomic space: Regatta Grove

(Content co-created by Belen Gandolfo Screpante and Marcelo Maurizio) Welcome to summer! Whether you're a local or a tourist, you can now indulge in a unique gastronomic experience in Miami. Miami and Orlando are making playful or real estate developments, similar to what Dubai does, for example, which are very different from what is done in the rest of the world, and that implies a marked difference in value.

In Coconut Grove, a new gastronomic destination has arrived to delight diners with the culinary creations of Miami's top chefs. Regatta Grove, a waterfront venue located in Coconut Grove, has become the epicenter of the gastronomic scene thanks to the combination of applied neurosciences, neurolinguistics, and neuromarketing. This exciting project, backed by the Breakwater Hospitality group, has been designed with the aim of providing a unique experience that combines exquisite food, stunning views, and unparalleled entertainment.

The outdoor space, inspired by the bow of a ship, has been meticulously designed to provide an exceptional ambiance. Visitors will be able to enjoy a wide range of culinary concepts presented by renowned chefs, each with their own distinctive style. Among them are Jeremy Ford from Stubborn Seed, Jose Mendin from Pubbelly Sushi, Kenny Gilbert from Silkie's in Jacksonville, and Janine Booth and Jeff McInnis from Root & Bone and Stiltsville Fish Bar.

The chef outposts at Regatta Grove offer a variety of culinary delights. At JJ's (Guilty Pleasures), chef Jeremy Ford delights with delicious burgers, tacos, and tasty fries. The Piefather, by chef Jose Mendin, features pizzas with a special "Don" sauce and authentic Italian ingredients. Sunny Side Aussie Bites + Ice, by chef Janine Booth, offers flavorful Australian snacks as well as healthy dishes like avocado toasts and sunny salads. House of Birds & Drop Biscuits, led by chef Kenny Gilbert, offers fried chicken sandwiches and handmade biscuits, along with a variety of salads and sides. Lastly, Tackle Box, by chef Jeff McInnis, offers a coastal experience with fresh seafood options.

In addition to the delicious culinary offerings, Regatta Grove features three bars serving refreshing handcrafted tropical cocktails. Visitors can enjoy panoramic views of Biscayne Bay while relaxing in an outdoor setting. With a capacity of 981 people, the space includes 412 seats and is surrounded by green areas for entertainment and wellness events.

The focus on neuroscience and neurolinguistics is reflected in the venue's design and carefully crafted content. Regatta Grove has been created to evoke emotions and capture readers' attention. Innovative SEO techniques such as call-outs, questions, subheadings, tips, and highlighted paragraphs have been effectively employed to position the articles in search engines and attract readers of a digital newspaper in Miami.

Located at 3415 Pan American Drive, Miami, FL 33133, in Regatta Harbor, Regatta Grove has become the latest culinary and entertainment concept by Breakwater Hospitality Group, a multifaceted gastronomic organization based in Miami, Florida. It opened its doors on Thursday, June 22, 2023, at the new Regatta Harbor development in Coconut Grove. This innovative gastronomic and leisure complex is home to five of Florida's top chefs, each bringing their unique restaurant concept to the complex.

A stellar culinary lineup:

The chefs, who have been recognized with Michelin stars and James Beard award nominations, include Janine Booth and Jeff McInnis, the duo behind Root & Bone and Stiltsville Fish Bar; Jose Mendin from Pubbelly Sushi; Kenny Gilbert from Silkie's in Jacksonville, and a former finalist on Season 7 of 'Top Chef'; and Jeremy Ford from Stubborn Seed, the winner of Season 13 of 'Top Chef'.

Each chef provides a distinct culinary offering ranging from Jeremy Ford's guilty pleasures, Jose Mendin's freshly baked pizzas, Janine Booth's refreshing Australian bites and spoonfuls, Kenny Gilbert's fried chicken and biscuit sandwiches, to Jeff McInnis' seafood delights. This selection was carefully curated by Grove Bay Hospitality Group's executive directors and co-founders, Francesco Balli and Ignacio García-Menocal, the same team behind other renowned establishments in Miami such as Stubborn Seed and Red Rooster.

The Regatta Grove experience:

The design of Regatta Grove is inspired by the bow of a boat, and visitors will be welcomed by large bars filled with top-quality spirits, unmatched views of Biscayne Bay, and live music. It also features waterfront terraces and walkways to the marina, allowing visitors to arrive on their own yacht.

"Regatta Grove is a one-of-a-kind concept and a special opportunity for our team to bring a new perspective of waterfront entertainment to South Florida," said Emi Guerra, co-founder of Breakwater Hospitality Group. The goal is to continue elevating experiences while bringing together innovative concepts of beverages and gastronomy in a convenient location.

In addition to the culinary offerings, Regatta Grove also features three large bars serving tropical cocktails and large-format beverages. The site, with a capacity for almost 1,000 people, includes an outdoor area with 412 seats, surrounded by green lawn areas where various entertainment and wellness events for the community are planned. A walkway provides direct access to the marina and dock for guests arriving by boat.

The ambiance:

With its elegant nautical details and modern decor, it creates a sophisticated yet relaxed atmosphere. The large windows allow for panoramic views of the marina and bay, while the outdoor terraces provide a perfect space for al fresco dining and cocktails under the sun. The interior design reflects the coastal aesthetic and combines it with contemporary elements to create a cozy and appealing environment.

The Crossing Marketing concept:

In addition to the restaurants and bars, Regatta Grove also offers a variety of entertainment experiences. Visitors can enjoy live music and artistic performances on the main stage, located at the heart of the complex. There are also dedicated spaces for private and corporate events, making it a popular venue for special celebrations and business meetings.

Regatta Grove in Coconut Grove is an exciting culinary and entertainment destination that has brought together some of Florida's best chefs in one place. With its elegant ambiance, breathtaking views, and diverse culinary offerings, it promises to provide visitors with a unique and memorable experience in South Florida.
