Milei is the only Latin American leader who supports Israel's right to legitimate defense exercised to eliminate the Hamas terrorist group in Gaza. This fundamentalist organization, supported by Iran, attacked Israel on October 7, 2023, causing more than 1,400 injuries, dozens of deaths and mutilations, and more than a hundred hostages in the territory's tunnels.
In this context, the Jewish community organized a dinner in honor of the President. Alongside Milei and his sister Karina, the ambassadors designated for the United States, Gerardo Werthein, and for Israel, Axel Wahnish, were present. It is expected that the Argentine president will reaffirm his position on the Middle East crisis and describe his views on the economy and the modern role of the State.
"We are facing a clear terrorist act, a clear act of anti-Semitism, and undoubtedly, we are facing what would be an expression of Nazism in the 21st century. In fact, some of the methods they used are remnants of that atrocity. Therefore, our most vigorous condemnation of all these abhorrent acts, our solidarity," Milei stated during his speech in Nir Oz, one of the Israeli kibbutzim attacked by Hamas.

The President has a deep respect for the Jewish religion and for the Lubavitch Rabbi, Menachem Mendel Schneerson, who lends his name to the social center that hosted the dinner in honor of Javier and Karina Milei. Fátima Florez, who traveled specifically to meet him, was also present at the event.
After the historic condemnation for the AMIA attack, the DAIA considers taking the case to the International Criminal Court against Iran.
Menachem Mendel Schneerson was the seventh leader of the Lubavitch Chabad dynasty and is defined as "the greatest Jewish personality" because he took a small Hasidic group that almost disappeared with the Holocaust and transformed it into one of the most influential movements in religious Judaism.
Milei has already visited Mendel Schneerson's grave twice in New York, acknowledging his profound global influence after the Holocaust and Adolf Hitler's defeat in July 1945.
"Honoring his unwavering dedication to spreading freedom, hope, and positivity in the face of darkness. His tireless efforts for Israel and the global community have been a bright beacon that has inspired a brighter and more compassionate world," says the invitation that calls for the dinner in honor of the head of state and the Secretary General.
Juan Maqueda from Miami:
"We have witnessed a ceremony full of emotion, humanity, leadership, something very difficult to describe. Miami and the Jewish community have welcomed Javier Milei as a leader of light. This has an unprecedented impact on Latin American politics. But also, it is unparalleled worldwide. In a world where action is not being taken in favor of peace, justice, and freedom, Javier Milei has generated a drastic impact through the actions of his bravery, clarity, coherence, and realism. Regardless of the biased partialities of ideologies, there is an undeniable quota of valor, sincerity, and firmness that is recognized and appreciated worldwide."
