Miami, the ultimate Instagrammable city

(By Belén Gandolfo Screpante) We've compiled a list of must-visit spots for taking the best photos in the city. With all the beauty that Greater Miami and Miami Beach have to offer, it's no wonder that both locals and visitors constantly share photos on social media. And like any destination, there are definitely some photo opportunities that you won't want to miss.

Little Hen

When it comes to dining, Miami has it all, including a chic English restaurant where you can have afternoon tea. In The Shops at Midtown, Little Hen is as famous for its Rose Petal Pancakes as it is for its Instagram-worthy decor. Reserve a table on the patio, under one of their pink-fringed umbrellas, and take a photo surrounded by hanging purple wisteria. If you're inside, the pink roses (including the pink rose wallpaper), a crystal chandelier, and golden velvet sofas create a glamorous post. Finally, the floral arch at the back entrance is a popular spot to take a faint-worthy photo.

GITANO Miami

As if Faena Hotel Miami Beach in Mid Beach wasn't already a spectacle, GITANO Miami's bohemian-chic vibe, similar to Tulum, is an Instagrammer's dream come true. Taking over Casa Faena, this Mexican-inspired restaurant and watering hole extends from the ground floor to the rooftop, delighting guests with tropical vibes, craft cocktails, and an outdoor terrace inspired by the Yucatan jungles. For a post that's sure to get plenty of likes, walk inside (the main lobby looks like a living room) and snap a photo underneath the bright disco balls juxtaposed against the old-school Spanish colonial motif of Casa Faena.

Casa Florida

Just steps from the Miami River in Little Havana, Casa Florida is a charming place filled with Florida glamour. Surrounded by palm trees, this cocktail bar and restaurant serves up native meals and drinks, crafted with local Florida produce, in a carefully decorated historic space with restored wood floors, tropical-inspired paintings, pineapple lamps, tables made from Miami River lobster traps, and a fabulous, but never pretentious ambiance. Make your followers jealous when you snap a photo from inside their 1971 city bus, which has been outfitted with wicker chairs covered in palm leaf tapestries.

La Cocina Coctelería

Another regional-inspired destination is La Cocina Coctelería, Hialeah's first cocktail bar, which pays homage to the city's history and culture. You can't ignore the Hialeah-style decor, from a wall covered in Florida Lotto tickets and a neon sign that says "La Cocina" to a real-life replica of a grandmother's patio. Order the Croquetas Reuben and a Leeeeterally Lucy Lopez cocktail, and make sure to snap a photo underneath the "¡Ñooo! Letrero Que Barato" sign.
