This recognition, granted by the president of the Community of Madrid, Isabel Díaz Ayuso, of the Popular Party (PP), is given as a gesture of courtesy and respect to representatives from other countries and international leaders. During the Liberty Dinner in Madrid, he received an impressive painting as a gift and many speeches of praise.
