Miami: Miami-Orlando: High-speed train travel is coming soon starting from September 1st.

(By Belén Gandolfo) The transportation revolution is arriving in Florida with the highly anticipated high-speed service by Brightline. Let me tell you how this new connection will transform mobility and connect the most popular destinations like never before. Nearly a year ago, we gave an exclusive report for Anglolatina on this much-talked-about train. Check out what we revealed in August 2022.

The reality today is like a movie:

The wait is over, and the era of high-speed train travel is about to begin. Brightline, the renowned pioneer in modern and eco-friendly railway services, has officially announced the completion of its long-awaited high-speed train line connecting Miami and Orlando. This project, which required a decade of planning, investment, and construction, promises to revolutionize the way we travel throughout the state and provide an unprecedented transportation experience.

Here's the information about the route and stations that we shared with you earlier this year in February on InfoNegocios Miami.

"This milestone is the result of dedication, determination, and hard work," says Mike Reininger, CEO of Brightline. "We have built something truly remarkable."

Brightline's Miami-Orlando high-speed train line spans 235 miles (378 km) and connects downtown Miami to Orlando International Airport, with strategic stops in Aventura, Fort Lauderdale, Boca Raton, and Palm Beach. Starting from September 1st, passengers will be able to enjoy a total of 16 daily trips between these two cities, with departures every hour, offering a fast, efficient, and eco-friendly transportation option.

"The connection of these key tourist destinations is a boost for our economy, residents, and visitors," highlights Miami Mayor Francis Suarez. Meanwhile, Fort Lauderdale Mayor Dean J. Trantalis emphasizes the synergies that will be created between the tourism sectors and business economies thanks to this high-speed train.

Brightline is not only transforming transportation in Florida but also revolutionizing how people connect nationwide. The company has already announced its "immediate plans" to connect Las Vegas, Nevada, with Southern California, extending its service to cities that are "too close to fly and too far to drive."

Affordable prices and exceptional amenities are just the beginning. Tickets for this new high-speed line will be available starting at $79 for adults and $39 for children, providing accessibility to a wide range of travelers. Additionally, passengers will have the option to choose between SMART tickets and PREMIUM tickets, which offer additional comforts for a first-class travel experience.

But how can you ensure that you don't miss out on this exciting opportunity to travel at high speed and enjoy all the advantages that Brightline has to offer? Here's a practical guide to purchasing your tickets and making the most of your travel experience:
