The called-up referees will gather in Dallas, United States, from June 13 to 17, 2024, to participate in a seminar prior to the start of the tournament. During this event, they will focus on strengthening their technical skills, working on their physical condition, and engaging in various training activities both on the field and in the VAR booths.

The South American Football Confederation, through its Referees Commission, has announced the list of called-up referees for the CONMEBOL Copa América 2024™, breaking down main referees, assistant referees, and VAR referees.
For the first time in history, the male CONMEBOL Copa América 2024™ will feature the presence of female referees. They are: Edina Alves – BRA (Referee); Neuza Back – BRA (Assistant); Mary Blanco – COL (Assistant); and Migdalia Rodríguez – VEN (Assistant), representing CONMEBOL. Meanwhile, Maria Penso – USA (Referee); Brooke Mayo – USA (Assistant); Kathryn Nesbitt – USA (Assistant); and Tatiana Guzmán - NIC (VAR), representing Concacaf.
