(Por Juan Maqueda) "A red of the right-wing: The officialist Santiago Peña won the elections in Paraguay with a clear victory and will become the country's new president starting in August. With 99% of the votes counted, Peña, of the conservative Colorado Party, has almost 43% of the support compared to 27.4% for Efraín Alegre, who led a center-left coalition. In his victory speech, Peña thanked his supporters and called for unity and consensus to achieve prosperity for all. Alegre admitted defeat, and a significant portion of the change-seeking vote went to the controversial far-right party of Paraguayo Cubas, which gained 22% support. Despite internal conflicts and corruption allegations against the current leader of the party, Horacio Cartes, Peña will continue the conservative's hegemony that has lasted for more than 70 years. International observers highlighted the high turnout of more than 63%, which surpassed the previous election five years ago.
(By Juan Maqueda and Marcelo Maurizio from Hard Rock Stadium in Miami) The practice already seems to show a race where anything can happen. The championship leader, Verstappen, imposed his dominance from the beginning of the session, placing himself ahead of Nico Hulkenberg, Lewis Hamilton, Sergio Pérez, and Lance Stroll in the first 10 minutes with a time of 1:34.054 using hard tires.
