Violence in power is the denial (in its various forms) of the other, of facts, of evidence, of ideas, of voices, of other variables and indicators, often using a series of seemingly solid proofs and constructs to justify every confirmation bias. In this context, it is crucial to explore the dynamics of power, communication, and interpersonal interactions from the perspective of neuroscience and neuroliderazgo, as well as the competencies needed to lead and make decisions in 2024, where variables are multidirectional.
