How did you find your purpose?

More than 5 years ago, I took a pause in my life to think and identify what was causing the void I felt, because I couldn't find the happiness we all seek. I was financially stable, my life was in order, but something was missing. I became conscious and observed that we neglect our essence, self-sabotage and hurt ourselves, and don't do what makes us happy. Most people do not live consciously, they do not have a life plan, passion, purpose, and the world does not help. The media sells us ephemeral happiness. So, we need to pause and look within ourselves to have the correct foundation not only to help ourselves, but also others because that is the true meaning of happiness.

Discovering that the world was moving with the same void that I felt, that we were all the same, I decided to look inward, and found that my happiness lies in serving, helping, and motivating others.

What sets you apart from other professionals who focus on leadership and motivation?

What makes me unique is my story, and the fact that I transmit from personal growth. My motivation comes from being abandoned by my parents at age 10, attempting suicide at 15, and becoming a mother at 19. When I look back, I realize that these experiences gave me the wisdom to discern and avoid exposing myself to pain. What makes me step out of my comfort zone is the service that is in my being. I was born to serve, and I know that God created me for this. When I refer to God, I do not speak of a religion, I speak of the divine source that makes each of us as we are, me creative, disruptive, resilient, and eager to help. I like to serve, to observe with consciousness, leave a seed, and help people learn how to live. Learning to observe is learning to look with honesty and gratitude.

What challenges did you encounter in the process of creating your business, and how did you overcome them?

The first challenge was making the decision to start this process. Then others arose, such as connecting with the right people, creating an ideal team, and knowing the target audience. I overcame these challenges with determination to start this journey and my mindset, which I believe is the crucial step to action. It must be broad, focused, and knowledgeable.

What advice would you give to others who are about to start building their own business?

If it is their passion, they should take immediate action, and if it is not, they should still take action so that they can find it along the way. Sometimes we may face certain fears, but in my case, I take fear as a motivator because it takes me out of my comfort zone, and I do not allow it to paralyze me. Resilience is facing and overcoming trauma, and from that learning and evolution, we can be happy. Finally, it is important to rely on our own qualities and characteristics to seek our purpose from self-acceptance and self-love. In my case, I consider myself a transparent, honest, disruptive person who always seeks to help others in a loyal and selfless way. Although my main differentiator is my story, what sets me apart is actually the person I am thanks to that story.

What message would you like to leave our readers with today?

"For those who still feel that 'emptiness', my message is to keep faith, that every day is a struggle, but the answers come and over time there is progress. When you have faith and optimism in your heart, you live in harmony and can experience joy despite the bad things happening in your world. Each of us can be the light that many people are seeking.

When we go through problems, we must understand that we are climbing steps that make us better, give us strength and resilience. Therefore, it is important and necessary to face problems with awareness, knowing that when you overcome the test, you are better, and you prepare for the next one. Your cross or your test is what shapes you as a human being and as a person. It is where your essence runs, and no one can change it.

It is always about moving forward, always advancing, always surpassing yourself and wanting to be better, because if you stay stuck in problems, you stop living, your being dies.

At the end of the day, one has to take refuge in their passions, and God gives us passion!

I loved this message! To conclude, can you tell us what you are currently working on and how we can contact you?

I am working on developing myself as a leadership speaker in Ecuador and Miami. The main goal for 2023 is to expand my practice, my conferences, and thus increase the impact of my message.
